Jean-Marie Leblanc (born 1944) is a former professional French cyclist. He was General Director of the Tour de France from 1989 to 2005, where he was replaced by Christian Prudhomme. Under his leadership, the Tour de France was significantly modernised. In his active career he enjoyed the most success in smaller races like Grand Prix d'Aix-en-Provence (1968) and Circuit d'Armorique (1969), rather than in the long, staged competitions.
