Berry holds the honour of being the first black woman to win an Oscar. She won it for her role in the 2002 film "Monster's Ball". Afterwards she was hired to be a Bond girl in "Die Another Day". She was laster cast for "X-Men" and was in all three films. Since then, things have gone downhill a bit for Berry. She appears in the minor production "Things We Lost In The Fire" (2007, directed by Susanne Bier). Halle Berry is known for her method acting - i.e. she really dives into her roles.
