Correct answer

His team

Explanation

2007 was the year of scandal, where Michael Rasmussen was thrown out of Tour de France after having been in the yellow jersey and tipped to win the race. He had his contract with his team Rabobank annulled and was thus taken out of the race. Rabobank said that this was due to breaking internal guidelines, but before that, Rasmussen had not been able to account for his whereabouts. Alberto Contador won the Tour de France, 23 seconds ahead of Cadel Evens and 31 ahead of Levi Leipheimer.
