Adolf Hitler was born on 20 April 1889 in Braunau am Inn in Austria-Hungary. He was a German politician turned dictator who led Nazi-Germany into World War II. He moved to Germany in 1913 and became a German citizen in 1932. He became actively involved in Deutsche Arbeiterpartei which later became NSDAP, after World War I. After the battle was lost, Hitler swallowed poison and shot himself on 30 April 1945 in his bunker in Berlin.
